professionally reviewed and delivered with clear responsibility
for quality.

OUR STORY

From Translation Practice to a Professional Translation Company

BKMOS grew from hands-on translation work into a company focused
on solving practical document and language problems for clients.
The business was established in 2009 after several years of
professional translation experience.

Over time, the work expanded beyond general document translation
into legal, technical, financial, academic, medical and
business-related content, as well as certified translation,
multilingual formatting and localization.

That history continues to shape how BKMOS approaches projects today:
understand the purpose of the document first, assign the right
linguistic expertise, control terminology and details carefully,
and review the final output before delivery.

FOUNDER & PROFESSIONAL DIRECTION

Nguyen Dinh Phuc

Founder & CEO of BKMOS, working in professional translation
since 2005 and leading BKMOS since its establishment in 2009.

His role includes professional direction, translation workflow
development, quality-control standards, content review and

BKMOS’s English resources and service content are developed
around the same practical translation issues encountered in
real document work: terminology, formatting, certification,
confidentiality, file quality, consistency and intended use.

OUR APPROACH TO QUALITY

Good Translation Starts With Understanding the Document

BKMOS does not treat every file as the same type of language task.
The intended use, subject matter, terminology, formatting and
required level of review affect how a project should be handled.

A legal contract, medical record, tender package and website
may all require translation, but each demands a different
combination of expertise, review and document control.

Our workflow is designed around that principle:
classify the project correctly, control important terminology
and details, then review the final output in context.

OUR WORKING PRINCIPLES

What Clients Should Expect From BKMOS

AccuracyTranslate the source faithfully without adding,
omitting or changing important information.

Terminology ControlKeep recurring specialist and client-approved
terminology consistent across related documents.

ConfidentialityTreat personal, legal, medical, financial and
business documents as sensitive project material.

Clear CommunicationClarify scope, deadline, source issues and
project questions rather than making silent assumptions.

Professional FormattingPreserve structure and presentation where the
translated document needs to remain comparable to the source.

Fit for PurposeMatch the translation workflow to how the
final document will actually be used.

CONFIDENTIALITY & DOCUMENT HANDLING

Translation Often Involves Sensitive Information

Client files may contain identity information, contracts,
financial figures, medical histories, technical data
or other confidential business content.

Project access, file handling and confidentiality requirements
should be considered before translation begins, especially
for sensitive or large-scale document packages.

Where a project requires an NDA or specific handling arrangement,
those requirements can be discussed as part of project setup.

Controlled Access

Limit project files to people involved in the required workflow.

Confidentiality Requirements

Identify project-specific NDA or confidentiality requirements in advance.

Secure File Handling

Use an appropriate method for exchanging sensitive documents.

Client Instructions

Follow agreed requirements for delivery, retention or other project handling.
