People\u2019s Committee concerning the conversion of An Binh Hospital into a hospital providing free medical care to low-income workers in the city.<\/li>\n<li>Representatives of the Free Hospital Support Association outlined the difficulties encountered during preparations for its establishment and presented its forthcoming activities, with the aim of putting the free hospital into operation by April 30, 1994.<\/li>\n<li>The representatives emphasized that the hospital would provide free care to people in need rather than operate as a charity hospital in the old sense.
