th\u1ec3 tr\u1ed3ng ch\u00e8 \u1edf Vi\u1ec7t Nam l\u00e0 300.000 h\u00e9cta v\u00e0 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ph\u00e2n b\u1ed1 tr\u00ean g\u1ea7n 30 t\u1ec9nh. Trong \u0111\u00f3 mi\u1ec1n trung du v\u00e0 mi\u1ec1n n\u00fai ph\u00eda B\u1eafc c\u00f3 kho\u1ea3ng 200.000 h\u00e9cta, v\u00f9ng T\u00e2y Nguy\u00ean kho\u1ea3ng 70.000 h\u00e9cta, v\u00f9ng Khu B\u1ed1n c\u0169 kho\u1ea3ng 20.000 h\u00e9cta.<\/li>\n<li>Di\u1ec7n t\u00edch ch\u00e8 \u0111\u00e3 tr\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ebfn cu\u1ed1i n\u0103m 1995 l\u00e0 66.000 h\u00e9cta.<\/li>\n<li>S\u1ea3n l\u01b0\u1ee3ng ch\u00e8 b\u00fap t\u01b0\u01a1i l\u00e0 170.000 t\u1ea5n t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u1edbi 34.000 t\u1ea5n ch\u00e8 b\u00fap kh\u00f4.<\/li>\n<li>S\u1ea3n l\u01b0\u1ee3ng ch\u00e8 xu\u1ea5t kh\u1ea9u \u0111\u1ea1t 14.000 t\u1ea5n.<\/li>\n<li>Kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n c\u00e2y ch\u00e8 \u1edf Vi\u1ec7t Nam c\u00f2n r\u1ea5t l\u1edbn nh\u01b0ng ch\u01b0a \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c khai th\u00e1c h\u1ebft v\u00ec thi\u1ebfu v\u1ed1n \u0111\u1ec3 x\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng c\u00e1c v\u01b0\u1eddn ch\u00e8 m\u1edbi, ch\u0103m s\u00f3c c\u00e1c v\u01b0\u1eddn ch\u00e8 30.000 h\u00e9cta \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ebfn n\u0103m 2000 t\u1ed5ng di\u1ec7n t\u00edch ch\u00e8 to\u00e0n qu\u1ed1c l\u00e0 90.000 h\u00e9cta v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ebfn n\u0103m 2005 t\u1ed5ng di\u1ec7n t\u00edch ch\u00e8 l\u00e0 140.000 h\u00e9cta, trong \u0111\u00f3 di\u1ec7n t\u00edch c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 thu ho\u1ea1ch l\u00e0 100.000 h\u00e9cta; s\u1ea3n l\u01b0\u1ee3ng ch\u00e8 b\u00fap kh\u00f4 90.000 t\u1ea5n (c\u00f3 50.000 t\u1ea5n xu\u1ea5t kh\u1ea9u).<\/li>\n<li>Vi\u1ec7c tr\u1ed3ng ch\u00e8 kh\u00f4ng nh\u1eefng t\u1ea1o ra th\u00eam vi\u1ec7c l\u00e0m, mang l\u1ea1i thu nh\u1eadp ngo\u1ea1i t\u1ec7 m\u00e0 c\u00f2n c\u00f3 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng ph\u1ee7 xanh \u0111\u1ed3i tr\u1ecdc, ch\u1ed1ng x\u00f3i m\u00f2n, b\u1ea3o v\u1ec7 \u0111\u1ea5t, c\u00e2n b\u1eb1ng m\u00f4i Of this total, approximately 200,000 hectares are located in the northern midlands and mountainous areas, 70,000 hectares in the Central Highlands and 20,000 hectares in the former Zone IV.<\/li>\n<li>By the end of 1995, the area planted with tea had reached 66,000 hectares.<\/li>\n<li>Fresh tea shoot production amounted to 170,000 tonnes, equivalent to 34,000 tonnes of dried tea.<\/li>\n<li>Tea exports reached 14,000 tonnes.<\/li>\n<li>Vietnam still had considerable potential to expand tea production. However, this potential had not been fully realized because of capital shortages affecting the establishment of new tea plantations, the maintenance of existing plantations and the construction of roads to tea-growing areas and tea-processing plants.<\/li>\n<li>Under the 1996\u20132000 socio-economic development plan, an additional 30,000 hectares were to be planted with tea, bringing the country\u2019s total tea-growing area to 90,000 hectares by 2000 and 140,000 hectares by 2005.
